Open source

A question: what is open source? Most of the people think about as "Free Software"; yes, it is but what's behind it? A lot of work, a lot of people working on it following a different kind of view. I give you full access to my code so that you could improve it and share your results with everyone. Someone could argue and why should I invest money in something I give away for free? Well there are many different forms of business around open source, going from software customization to assistance. What I'd like to do is helping companies chosing, among all the possible options, what's the right one for them and if there isn't any, I will develop one.

Environment

Why talking about environment in a site dedicated to a consultant? First of all take a look what's happening to our beautiful world. The average world temperature is rising, pollution, oil will finish soon and we are in need of energy. But Nature gave us a lot: Sun, wind, water and many other forms of renewable energies so, why don't we use them? I don't want to talk about politics here; what I would like to say is that I imagine a large energy network where everyone is a small producer and puts its energy in it. We don't have to waste energy, we have to share it, like we share pictures, files, movies on the Internet; so if you have any question feel free to contact me.
